I speak with plenty of real estate professionals who don't have a regular flow of economic.



They're doing maybe two deals in a month, then nothing for several months, and another deal and absolutely nothing, then another two deals... that sort of thing.



It does not usually take long to figure out why their clients are so sporadic.



They start communicating with them like:



 Can you recommend a great leads generation service?

 Do you know of the good website?

 Can you assist me to figure out how to have more listings?

 Do you imagine I should start seeking FSBOS (or expireds, short sales, foreclosures, etc.)?

 Should I start blogging (or farming, talking to, networking, etc)?



I hear these questions, and that i know what's wrong.



They're questions agents have after they don't have a formal marketing plan. They're relying on luck.



They have an occasional referral from the friend or family member, an occasional floor call that settles, or perhaps an occasional open house lead, etc.
